Dom… where do I even start? The joke’s on you—I already knew I’d cry while writing this.

As a single mom of three, I was up against one of the toughest battles of my life. I was facing two felony counts of making written threats to kill—all for protecting my child. I knew in my heart what really happened, but the State of Florida wasn’t giving me an inch. With no prior criminal history and the State even withholding critical Brady evidence, it felt like I was trying to climb a mountain while everything around me was falling apart.

Mrs. Russo is heaven-sent.

I remember watching her look me in the eyes and ask me to trust her as she prepared to take my case to trial. What was supposed to be a one-day trial quickly turned into four tense, emotional days. My nerves were shot—but somehow, Dom stayed steady. She kept me grounded, even when I was falling apart inside.

I watched her in awe. She owned that courtroom—commanding attention, laying out the truth, and connecting with the jurors in a way that made them believe in her, just like I did. I was a mess the entire time, but I thanked God for her every single day. I walked into that courtroom scared but confident because she was by my side.

Best lawyer ever! Dominique got all my charges dropped including a felony and misdeamenor. The police impounded my car for 30 days and she managed to get them to pay me back for the impound fees.
